These terms cover purchases from our online store. Repair services are covered by the estimate or work order you receive at the shop.

About us and use of the site
The Foster Brothers Diesel Repair is located at 330 Hwy 78 W, Jasper, AL 35501. We provide diesel and automotive repair and sell parts and accessories through this site.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works. We may limit or end your access, without notice, if the site is misused.
Products, pricing, and legal use
Product details come from manufacturers and distributors, and prices can change at any time.
- Product information: Descriptions, images, and fitment details are provided as a guide and may contain errors. Please confirm a part fits your vehicle before you order. Call us if you are unsure.
- Pricing errors: If a price is listed incorrectly, we will either cancel the order and refund you in full or let you choose to pay the correct price.
- Off-road use: Unless a listing says otherwise, parts are sold for off-road or competition use only. Using them on public roads may break local, state, or federal law. You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to you, including emissions rules.
- California and emissions rules: Some emissions-related parts cannot be shipped to California or other states that follow California (CARB) rules. We may cancel and refund an order that includes such a part.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order, for reasons such as availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment is due in full when you order, unless you use financing through Synchrony Bank, which is subject to credit approval and Synchrony’s own terms. Sales tax is collected where required.
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address and contact information.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is included in the price of most items, so no separate shipping fee is added at checkout. We ship within the United States only.
- Where items ship from: Most parts ship directly from our distribution partners’ warehouses. Items in one order may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking is emailed when it is available. In-stock orders are usually processed within a few hours, and orders placed before the distributor’s 7:00 PM daily cutoff generally ship the same business day.
- Delivery times: Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Delivery time depends on where an item ships from and where it is going. Availability for special-order items varies widely, so please call us for an estimated ship date before ordering.
- Large and heavy items: Some items ship by freight. A phone number is required for freight shipments, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Please read the damage reporting steps below before you sign.
- Address problems: Orders ship to the address you enter. If a shipment comes back because of an incorrect address, or because it was refused or not picked up, you are responsible for the return shipping and the cost to send it again.
Returns and refunds
Contact us before you send anything back. Every return must be approved first.
- Time limit: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, with original packaging and all pieces included.
- Return authorization: If we approve your return, we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write it clearly on the shipping label and the package. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. The RMA includes the address to send the item to, which may not be our shop address.
- Items we cannot accept back: Special-order items, which also cannot be cancelled once ordered. Coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbo kits. Clearance, discontinued, and scratch-and-dent items. Anything installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Return shipping: You pay to ship the item back. Please insure the shipment, because you are responsible for filing any loss or damage claim with the carrier.
- Fees: There is no restocking fee if the item reaches us within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, a restocking fee of 5% of the item cost applies. A $10 repackaging fee applies to items returned without acceptable packaging.
- Core charges: For items with a core charge, the charge is included in the price you pay. The core amount is credited back after we receive the returned core item. Core credits can take about a month, because the core must be sent back to the manufacturer first. Contact us to start a core return.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the result. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any fees above. Shipping is not refunded when the return is caused by a product issue. If the problem was caused by shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier and refund shipping once it is resolved. If you paid with Synchrony financing, the refund is applied to your Synchrony account.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Report any problem within 24 hours of delivery. Carriers and distributors require fast reporting, and we may not be able to process a claim after that.
- Keep all packaging. The carrier may need to inspect it. If the packaging is thrown away, we may not be able to process the claim.
- Send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging, along with your order number, as soon as you notice the problem. We will start the claim with the distributor and carrier.
- Freight deliveries: Check the shipment before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery paperwork (Bill of Lading) before the driver leaves.
If we confirm the item was damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will replace it, exchange it, or refund you.
Warranty
Parts sold through this site are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. We do not add a separate warranty to parts bought online.
For a warranty claim, contact us. The manufacturer must inspect the item and approve the claim before any credit is issued. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, you are responsible for the return shipping on warranty items.
Repair services we perform, including installs of Jasper remanufactured products, are covered by the warranty terms given to you with your service. Please ask the shop for details.
Other terms
- Installation and use: Parts should be installed by a qualified technician. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation or misuse.
- Intellectual property: Everything on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Foster Brothers or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
- Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.
- Third-party links: This site may link to other websites, including our financing and distribution partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
- Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
